Pat Cunningham
WAA Chairman
Pat Cunningham has served as Director of Aviation at PepsiCo since 2006, bringing decades of experience that began at Westchester County Airport in the 1970s and includes leadership roles across corporate aviation, including Manager of Aircraft Maintenance at PepsiCo and positions with Panorama, Mobil Oil, Newsflight, and Executive Air Fleet. A former NBAA Board Chairman and Certified Aviation Manager, he is also an attorney admitted in New York and Connecticut, holding degrees from Manhattanville College, Manhattan College, and Pace University School of Law.

Brian Smith
WAA Vice Chairman
Brian Smith is the Director of Operations for Citigroup Aviation in White Plains, NY, where he has managed global flight operations for over 22 years, bringing more than 9,000 flight hours and eight jet type ratings. His background spans Part 91 and 135 operations as a CFI, charter pilot, scheduler, and international training captain, and he holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle.

Stephen B. Malkinson
WAA Treasurer
Stephen B. Malkinson, Treasurer of the Westchester Aviation Association, began flying at age fourteen in Dublin and later earned his private pilot license at Westchester County Airport, becoming an active member of the local aviation community. A Chief Technology Officer at Red Hat and former leader at IBM and North American Phillips, he brings a unique perspective as a technologist, aircraft owner, and general aviation advocate.

Mark Bennett
WAA Board Member
Mark Bennett is VP/GM of Performance Flight at Westchester County Airport, bringing over 20 years of experience in aviation, including leadership roles with Cirrus Aircraft and Eclipse Aerospace and a strong background in business development. A Syracuse University graduate and Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilot (CSIP), he is an active mentor who regularly introduces new students to aviation through experience flights.

Jeffrey Daniels
WAA Board Member
Jeff Daniels is Director of Flight Operations for International Business Machines in White Plains, NY, bringing over three decades of corporate aviation experience across Fortune 100 flight departments including Mobil, Pepsi, and General Electric. An ATP with over 11,000 flight hours and 10 type ratings, he holds advanced degrees from Central Missouri State and Embry-Riddle and has been an active leader within NBAA and multiple industry roundtables.

Brittany Davies
WAA Board Member (Ex-Officio)
Brittany is the Northeast Regional Representative for the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), bringing 19 years of experience across charter operations, aviation consulting, aerial photography, and business development. A commercial multi-instrument pilot and former Executive Director of the Westchester Aviation Association, she is a strong advocate for the aviation community with deep involvement in regional and grassroots organizations.

Scott Dyer
WAA Board Member
Scott is a flight instructor based at HPN with over 40 years of flying experience, holding CFI/I and ATP certifications, and has served for more than 20 years as a key liaison between WAA and ATC, helping coordinate collaboration between pilots, flight departments, and air traffic control. An active member of the aviation community, he is also a volunteer pilot with Angel Flight and PALS, aircraft owner, and long-time advocate on regional airspace matters.

Luke Egan
WAA Board Member
Luke Egan is a Senior Captain with Solairus Aviation, bringing a diverse background that spans flight instruction, Part 135 operations, and corporate aviation, including leadership roles with IBM Flight Operations and experience on multiple jet platforms. A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, he is passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of pilots while continuing to operate at the highest levels of business aviation.

Nick Hartman
WAA Board Member
Nick is a private pilot, aircraft owner, and HPN tenant who began flying in 2014 and is actively involved in the local aviation community, including serving on the Westchester County Airport Advisory Board. Professionally, he is a Vice President of Cloud Infrastructure Services at Capgemini and holds degrees from Penn State and the University of Cambridge as a Marshall Scholar.

Greg Keshishian
WAA Board Member
Greg Keshishian is the Managing Partner of GK Partners Inc., bringing over four decades of experience advising public and private companies on financial performance, governance, and executive compensation. In aviation, he is an active FAA-certificated flight instructor and NAFI Master CFI, specializing in safety, recurrent training, and advanced airmanship, with extensive experience across instructional, consulting, and safety leadership roles.

Sal Lagonia
WAA Board Member
Sal Lagonia is an aviation attorney and on-air aviation analyst for Fox News and other national media, with a background in law enforcement and 12 years of service as a Justice Court judge. A leader in both the legal and aviation communities, he serves as President of the International Lawyer-Pilot Bar Association and is an active pilot, educator, and advocate for aviation safety and law.

Andrew Wegman
WAA Board Member
Andy is a retired Naval Aviator and Director of Aviation at BlackRock, flying the Gulfstream G650, with a distinguished career spanning military, airline, and corporate aviation. He served as an MH-53E weapons system instructor, program manager, and Chief Standardization Pilot for the Navy and Marine Corps, later flying and instructing in the DC-9 on global missions. A former commanding officer with extensive international leadership experience, he remains passionate about mentoring and introducing others to careers in aviation.

John Wellington
WAA Board Member
John Wellington is an active private pilot and longtime aircraft owner based at Westchester County Airport, where he has flown since 2008. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of a major wealth management firm headquartered on Long Island, bringing more than 40 years of leadership experience across prominent financial institutions including Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, and Broadridge. A dedicated advocate for general aviation, John is committed to preserving and expanding access to aviation resources in the region.

Shawn Rose
WAA Board Member
Shawn Rose is a Regional Director at Atlantic Aviation, managing operations across multiple Northeast locations. With a deep-rooted passion for aviation, he is dedicated to operational excellence, safety, and supporting the broader aviation community.
