WAA/ATC Meeting

  • Monday, May 11, 2015
  • 7:30 PM
  • IBM Aviation Facility 160 Airport Road, Hangar W
The next scheduled meeting of the Westchester Aviation Association/Air Traffic Control working group is on Monday evening, May 11 at 7:30PM at the IBM aviation facility (east side of HPN, 160 Airport Road, Hangar W, just a little past NetJets as you are heading by car to the air carrier passenger terminal).  All interested persons are invited to attend,  and raise and ask questions about ATC and related matters of interest.

We will be welcoming our new  Air Traffic Manager Mike Wold.  The meeting will cover a range of topics, including SWAP and other traffic management initiatives recently described at the FAA Business Aviation Forum meeting at the Eastern Region Headquarters on April 20, wake turbulence category revisions, and the SA ILS16 CATI and CATII capabilities.

Please let Scott Dyer (scott.dyer@verizon.net) know in advance if you have any specific questions or issues that you would like to raise at the meeting, so we can give a "heads up" to the ATC side about likely topics.

As is our custom, please send a message to scott.dyer@verizon.net if you plan to attend, so that we can advise IBM security of your names no later than 4PM on Friday, May 8.

We look forward to seeing you at the meeting
